These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of erjfinancial.com and any chat, form, call, or message you exchange with ERJ Financial LLC (“ERJ Financial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

What We Do

ERJ Financial LLC is an independent insurance agency. We are not an insurance company. We help people review and apply for life insurance, mortgage protection, final expense coverage, and annuities issued by the insurance companies we work with. We only offer products in states where we are licensed and appointed to do so.

Use of the Site

• Use the site only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the site or its security

No Coverage Until a Policy Is Issued

Information on this site is general and educational. It is not an offer of insurance, a guarantee of coverage, or a binding quote. Any price we share is an estimate until the insurance company approves your application. Coverage is subject to underwriting and begins only when the insurance company issues a policy and any required premium is paid. The policy issued by the insurance company controls the terms, benefits, exclusions, and limitations of your coverage.

Nothing on this site is tax, legal, or investment advice. Please talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.

ERJ Financial Text Messaging Terms

Program. ERJ Financial LLC offers a text messaging program for people who opt in. Messages relate to your inquiry, appointments, application or policy, and our services (and, if you separately opt in to marketing, promotional messages).

Opting in. Giving us your phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messages. Text messaging is optional and separate. You only receive texts if you affirmatively opt in. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use our site or get a quote.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

Rejoining. If you opted out and want to receive messages again, reply START to the same number or opt in again through our site.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, call (201) 468-4659, or email rohanjha210@gmail.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Compliance. We operate this program in line with applicable law and wireless carrier messaging requirements, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
